Minimum of 6 teams to play and a minimum of 8 by season three.

Minimum capacity of 1000 fans.
Financial Viability
League must demonstrate adequet financial viability with a performance bond of $20,000, each team ownership group must demonstrate financial viability to operate team for a minimum of 3 years, each team must have a primary team owner with a net worth of $5MM with at least 35% ownership stake in team.
Front Office Staffing Requirements
Will be provided with letter of interests, shared resources with a men's team will be allowed
