VANGUARD PRO SOCCER LEAGUE EXPERIENCE!

VPSL will operate with the highest levels of transparency and integrity.  The league's purpose will be to support the clubs.  League budgets will be modest and consists of "must have's" vs "nice to have's" with lion share of league revenues going to support the clubs vs league cash reserves.

VPSL will have a priority focus on revenue generation and capital raise to support new clubs entering the league, as well as aiding clubs as they build a sustainable business model in each respective market.  A league sustainability fund will be created to aid clubs during the season as needed, along with a club cultivation club to aid clubs in closing capital gaps to join the league. .

VPSL will facilitate club "best practices" so clubs can learn, borrow and steal best practices from other member clubs as well as within the soccer industry as a whole.  The league will also support clubs on boarding of employees, facilitate consistent training and help soccer executives accelerate their sports business careers. League will serve as an accelerator for clubs to grow a sustainable business and an incubator for soccer talent at all levels in all aspects technical and business!

VPSL will make every effort to aid clubs in expense reduction by creating meaningful partnerships to help reduce expenses in travel, club services, CRM, ticket operations and technology.  Membership fees will be low so that the majority of club raised capital goes towards club operations and league dues modest to support core league functions that in turn support each member club. Referee expenses and Elite Eight playoff pools also low cost investments.

VPSL will create a regional divisional model, which will keep travel expenses at a minimum..

Clubs will have equity ownership and governence in the league for all league matters.  The clubs will decided on league issues, including budget, revenue sharing and other key business issues
