US Soccer Division Three Sanctioning
Vanguard Professional soccer will be pursuing Division Three (3) Sanctioning with United States Soccer Federation for both Men's and Women's . While pursuing US Soccer sanctioning, the league may operate as a semi-professional league outside of sanctioning for an interim period to provide a runway for clubs and the league to meet the PLS standards.

Composition of Play
Minimum of 8 teams and U.S. based teams must participate in US Open Cup!

Minimum seating capacity of 1000
Financial Viability
Performance bond of $250,000 ,demonstrate financial capacity to operate club for a minimum of three seasons, primary team owner must have a net worth of minimum of $10 MM to bind team with controlling interest of at least 35% ownership
Front Office Staffing Requirements
Clubs will have to have either full time, part time, freelance or independent contractors in key club positions. The VPSL will be provide staffing requirements with letter of interest.
